Our accredited programme of photography and digital media courses run in association with the Centre for Lifelong Learning at Cardiff University, are held at our facilities in Chapter Arts Centre, Canton.

Landscape Photography
Tuesdays, beginning 9th September 2008. This course explores images of the landscape within a historical context. Looking at time of day and weather conditions and how they influence the quality of light, evoking changing moods.
Documentary Photography
Saturdays, beginning 13th September 2008. This course will examine the history and practice of documentary photography, focusing on visual narrative and study of the work of photographers in this tradition.
Photographing People
Tuesdays, beginning 9th September 2008. This course explores factors involved in producing insightful portraits, through photographing people in a variety of situations and lighting conditions.
Creative Web Design 1
Wednesdays, beginning 10th September 2008. As part of the Foundation Certificate in Creative Website Design, this core module introduces you to basic HTML and WYSIWYG design using Dreamweaver MX.
Creative Web Design 3
Sundays, beginning 14th September 2008. This final module in the Foundation Certificate in Creative Website Design introduces you to Macromedia Flash MX, the industry standard for creating high-impact web sites.
