We are pleased to welcome back our popular Summer Workshops in photography, studio lighting and web design. From July – September we have a wide-ranging programme of affordable 1 – 2 day long introductory courses open to all adults (16+, no experience necessary), all taking place in our classrooms at Chapter, except for the Photographic Ramble. You can either enrol online (prices include Paypal fee) or post a cheque for the fee to our offices at Chapter. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment!
Web Design Taster Day
This course will introduce you to setting up your own website, demystifying basic HTML code as well as processes such as adding hyperlinks and images. More
Darkroom Taster Day
A comprehensive introduction to darkroom processes, from processing your own film, to producing contact sheets and high quality black and white darkroom prints. More
Introduction to Studio Lighting

Photoshop Taster Day
Using our digital darkroom, this practical workshop will introduce you to Adobe CS4, the industry standard tool for creative digital imaging. More
Getting to Grips with your Camera
This course is aimed at deciphering the jargon through practical assignments, giving you the opportunity to put into practice what you learn while obtaining maximum use of your film or digital camera. More
Photographing People Taster Day
