Chris Coppock is leaving Ffotogallery in January 2009 to become Director of Spike Island in Bristol.

Ffotogallery's trustees are now looking to appoint a person with the vision and enthusiasm to lead our highly effective cultural and educational programmes as we enter our 31st year. Voluntary Placements

Ffotogallery offers voluntary gallery placements enabling people to gain valuable experience in working both front of house, enhancing the visitor experience; and 'behind the scenes', assisting with delivery of the programme. Volunteers also have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the programme and get involved in education activities, exhibitions, marketing and events.

All Ffotogallery volunteers receive free darkroom membership including benefits such as a 25% discount on Ffotogallery publications; 10% discount on framing/mounting services; Frame and slide projector loan facilities (refundable deposit required); use of our specialist photographic library; and free access to our darkroom facilities in Chapter Arts Centre.
