Getting there
Chapter Arts Centre is situated off Cowbridge Road East, behind Canton Police Station. From Cardiff centre buses 17, 18, 13 and 101 take you within 1 minute’s walk of Chapter (get off opposite Canton Police Station). Parking is available at the back of the building.
Access
Ffotogallery’s teaching spaces and production facilities are situated on the ground floor of Chapter Arts Centre and are fully accessible to wheel chair users. Disabled parking is available at the front of the building. Please phone us on 029 2034 1667 if you require any assistance.
Facilities opening times:
Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. At the end of each course term we will also open on some Saturdays, please contact 029 2034 1667 for information.
Ffotogallery’s production facilities at Chapter Arts Centre house a fully equipped black & white darkroom with adjacent teaching spaces, as well as a portable digital darkroom [a suite of Apple Macintosh laptops], for up to twelve individual users, either in our workshops and courses at Chapter, or in any suitable community location.
In addition we have a specialist photographic reference library and archive, which doubles as a meeting room for our Members. If you are interested in using the facilities, you can get involved by taking part in one of our Cardiff Metropolitan University accredited courses, become a member, or consider joining us as a volunteer.
