The next session of Ffotogallery's feminist library programme will be held on 22/05/26 at 14:00-16:00 with Rio Creech-Nowagiel & Kieran Cudlip.
The Feminist Library is a space to listen, discuss and share ideas.
We would like to thank the National Lottery Heritage Fund, whose generous funding has enabled us to continue these sessions.
These events are open to the public, free to attend and will be hosted throughout 2026.
Feminist Library: 'Being Between' - Trans Gathering & Photo Walk
In view of Roman Manfredi’s upcoming exhibition, TRA, which explores the emergent space between masculinity and femininity, Rio (they/them) and Kieran (they/them) invite you to join them in collectively responding to the work.
This session will include time to browse the exhibition and the library, to discuss the images as a group, a short creative writing task and finally, an accessible guided photo walk in the surrounding area where you will have the opportunity to take your own photographs.
This event is open to trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people and no prior photography or writing experience is required. There will only be 10 spaces available.
