Ffoto Cymru: Cyanotype Workshop with Menna Buss

Join artist Menna Buss for a hands-on workshop exploring cyanotype — a simple photographic process that uses UV light to create distinctive blue ‘blueprints’ on fabric.

On Tuesday 13 October, 12–2pm, we’ll experiment with a range of objects and natural forms to create fabric postcards and cyanotype prints.

You’re welcome to bring your own small objects to experiment with, such as interesting ferns, grasses, small flowers, keys, coins, chains, plastic packaging, netting, lace or string.

You’ll create a collection of fabric blueprints that could be stitched onto clothing or bags, attached to a card as a gift, or kept as a small artwork.

All materials provided.

Places are limited to 12 participants and booking is essential.
