  • Ffotogallery Fanny Street Cardiff, Wales, CF24 4EH United Kingdom (map)

Join us on 05th March 2026 at 12.30PM for Ffotogallery’s St David’s Day Feminist Library special, featuring Dr Estéfani Bouza Arnoso.

The Feminist Library is a space to listen, discuss and share ideas.

This event is open to the public, free to attend and is part of an ongoing programme hosted by Ffotogallery.

About the session:

Inspired by the 1981 Women for Life on Earth march that departed from Cardiff to Greenham Common, in this workshop we will look at the intersection of Feminism, ecology and care-giving networks to support and activate a collective memory contained in and outside archives. The Women’s Peace Camp at Greenham Common was active from 1981 until 2000, and it was a women-only camp established in protest against nuclear proliferation. We will study material from 1981 to 1984 by Welsh photographer Marian Delyth and Canadian photographer who was based in Wales, Raissa Page, member of Format, the first female photography agency in Britain.
