Are you a photographer, filmmaker, writer or digital content creator with a passion for visual storytelling?
The Ffoto Cymru Creator Collective is a new programme bringing together a diverse community of creatives to document and celebrate Ffoto Cymru 2026 through their own unique perspectives.
Rather than traditional event coverage, we're looking for creators who can capture the atmosphere, conversations, people and ideas that make the festival special. Whether you're an emerging creative or an established practitioner, we're interested in your creativity, curiosity and original voice—not the size of your following.

Who can apply?
We're welcoming applications from creatives aged 18+ working across a range of disciplines, including:
Photography
Documentary photography
Film and videography
Social media content creation
Writing and journalism
Podcasting
Creative publishing
Applications are assessed on creativity, originality, enthusiasm and passion for visual culture. You don't need a large online audience to be selected.
What we ask
Creator Collective members will:
Attend a short online briefing before the festival
Credit Ffoto Cymru where appropriate
Share a small selection of content for promotional use
Act as positive ambassadors for the festival
We don't set minimum posting requirements—we want you to create work in your own style and tell stories that feel authentic to you.
How to apply
Applications take around five minutes to complete. Simply tell us a little about yourself, share links to your work and let us know why you'd like to be part of the Creator Collective.
