In Iris' 20th Anniversary year, we are partnering with BBC Cymru Wales to photograph LGBTQ+ individuals working there, in a celebration of their identities as both a member of the LGBTQ+ community and BBC staff. This follows the success of previous iterations of the project with Bad Wolf in 2025, and Transport for Wales in 2024.

Deadline: 23:59, 15th February 2026. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with demonstrable experience in communications, marketing, and digital platforms. We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with the public, drafting press releases, managing social media, updating websites, and equally comfortable maintaining the essential systems that keep a small organisation running smoothly.
