Pink Portraits is an annual series amplifying the LGBTQ+ community in Wales, led by the Iris Prize and Ffotogallery. In 2026, they’ve partnered with BBC Cymru Wales to take photographs of the LGBTQ+ individuals working there.
Pink Portraits is a celebration of their identities as both members of the LGBTQ+ community and BBC staff. This follows the success of previous iterations of the project with Bad Wolf in 2025, and Transport for Wales in 2024.
